    2. "Maybe I'll psyche him out if I sound like a Harley."

    3. Khan- "Remember, smile to camera".
Judah- "This guy said he can beat me?"

    Thought I'd try.

Zab wont be laughing at Khan when Zab is getting his butt kicked all over the ring, and running for his life.

It'd be funny if Zab tested positive for PED's because he thought Pac does them and they don't test.....

or maybe Zab actually runs a few more blocks

Judah looks in great shape, Khan, not so much. But I can't imagine that Amir isn't in tip top form. He knows how important this fight is.

Zab looks great.... I don't think he will win though. Judah is a watered down Pacquiao who Kahn has regularly been sparing... No way Zab wins this. I'll be rooting for him though. I am so sure Kahn is going to win, I would put all my points on it but I won't because I wan't zab to win.

I'll tell you a secret, Ariza has trained for Khan to be thicker lower down. The benefit for Khan of having a ripped upper body isn't as much as having strong legs.

Khan was ripped at 135, but his legs were thin and he was extremely chinny, and at least once had to go naked. Since being with Ariza, Khan isn't ripped at all, and has more body fat, but his chin is stronger which was or is his weakness.

You do know some boxing Ginos, but only in the US, or what you see from the US. Khan has been ripped and it's nothing to do with genetics.

With Ariza for Barerra. Still ok at 135, but he has been like this previous:

People are not understanding that muscles alone doesn't mean ****. Khan was even more ripped in his last fight with that other coach but he looked ****.

Muscles can slow you down and of course it is heavier thus you'll be more dehydrated. Being dehydrated kills brain cells too... and for some, they feel weak.

A job of a conditioner and nutritionalist is to see how the fight performs under what body, and I suppose Khan is better not being so ripped.

Every ****** who makes conclusions about a fight based on how cut a fighter is doesn't know **** about boxing. Let me cite some examples. David Haye is a pretty ripped heavyweight but a blown up middleweight fat JAMES TONEY has better stamina. Shane Mosley probably looked better than Pacquiao at their weigh in but Shane gasses in 4. And finally a very important example... Zab Judah is always ripped and usually fades. Fighters like Mayweather and Pacquiao are ripped and have excellent stamina, but being ripped is not a prerequisite for being a good boxer and having good stamina I am afraid.

Also, people who associate muscle definition with power actually infuriate me. Power is based on four main things things 1) The weight behind the punch, which is based on technique and size relative to weight class. 2)The speed with which the punch hits the target, which is based on genetics and training to a lesser extent. 3) Follow through, no need to explain this. 4) The element of surprise, partly based on speed, otherwise based on angles. To conclude, muscle definition and power are not synonymous, look at Tim Bradley (most ripped boxer i've ever seen) then look at somebody like Arreola.
