I dont really see any difference, other than the work hours/pay. Training might be different but sooner or later everyone gets an even field as soon as US make the transition from GAAP to IFRs
    Disagree.

For example, Big 4 clients are MUCH more likely to have larger ERP systems.

I meet way too many regional firm alums who only audited IC's on Great Plains, Timberline and AS400.

    Werd.

Thats true. But small firms can always hire someone on the outside if its beyond their capabilities. But I am talking about a simple tax audit on one person.

My point is that this firm isn't just doing a simple tax audit. They aggregate manny's financial affairs. So, if it's beyond their capabilities, just get a firm that CAN handle it.

And Pac's taxes are probably not simple. He's making $25 mil* a year

So, the members here just went from PED experts to lawyers and now financial advisors.

I went to a bachelor party a couple of years ago. There was this guy, a friend of the groom, boasting he is a financial consultant. So i went to my friend(uncle of the groom) and inquire about the financial consultant. My friend just told me that he is a bank teller.
