Ortiz wins the two first rounds....then Mayweather wins the third and fourth to make it an even fight. Floyd will start to dominate with the jab and left hook. I see Ortiz slowing down in the last part of the fight, maybe winning 2 more rounds, but Floyd will close the fight dominating Ortiz to the end.

Floyd wins a clean UD. 116-112 or maybe 115-113.
