I think he fights more favorable stylistical matchups nowadays.

I also dont really buy into the argument that manny was a 1handed fighter and now hes a 2handed fighter.
I think Pac is a stronger and more explosive fighter now compared with 07-08. Technically i think he fights sloppier.

Against Mayweather Mosley came to fight, made it easy for him to be hit.
Against Pacquiao Mosley came to survive, made it much harder for Pacquiao to land, but he was still more accurate than Mayweather.

And he threw more combos, hit harder, and threw more punches

Translation: Manny Pacquiao fights slower guys who plod forward. That isn't enough though. Manny Pacquiao has them meet him at disadvantageous weights so to weaken them as well.

He can afford to fight more carelessly because he makes up for it with his workrate. His workrate is the ENTIRE REASON there were PED accusations.

PEDs allow a fighter to train longer and gain extreme endurance and stamina. What you described are the exact gains you get from PEDs.
