I can't judge because I don't have evidence ( key word: "I") but resto seems to have the mind of a kid, an can be manipulated at will, maybe just another kid who was taken advantage by panama lewis.

Even if Manny was caught with peds it wouldn't be worse than either resto nor margarito. Well maybe margarito, but his intentions were worse.

Would be a huge scandal though.
