could have something to do with both khan and mayweather already verbally agreeing to fight next year in the uk. Roach isn't 'pushing' anything that hasn't already been put together by golden boy.

Real question you should be asking yourself is what excuse should/will floyd use this time around- another 'vacation'? trials? taxes? maybe tuneups like his father and trainer/uncle have already pushed publicly?

Roach is smart enough to know Mayweather won't fight Pacman anytime soon. Pac poses too much of a risk.

Mayweather would at least consider a fight with Khan seeing as Khan has shown vulnerability, so why not push for his second best fighter to fight him instead? Win / win situation in my book.
