Floyd should be more of a suspect than Pac regarding on this PED issue. Floyd 2 months OST for himself doesn't prove anything he is clean. Floyd fights only once a year and what happen to his another 10 months vacation without the OST? Nobody really knows. Floyd a few years ago before the Oscar fight, he usually weigh-in fight night at welterweight as junior welterweight just like Pacquiao in all his fights at welterweight. Floyd but now obviously gotten bigger and bigger who doesn't want anymore to be weighed in fight night most probably to hide his true weight or what is that for another reason?
