The companies that were working on organizing a fight between Mr. Pacquiao and Mr. Mayweather were Mohlaleng (a South African Company) and VisionQwest Resource Group, Inc. out of Glendale, CA. Ms. Mandela works as a consultant to Mohlaleng but has no legal ability to make deals on behalf of Mohlaleng. At no time did Mr. Moody approach VisionQwest regarding his representation as to being a fight promoter. Mr. Moody did approach Mohlaleng and said he had contact with the Mayweather team and he offered to put them in touch with the Mayweathers. However, at no time was Mr. Moody involved in any negotiations between Mohlaleng, VisionQwest or any of the fighters and their contracted promoters. And at no time did he have a contract with either Mohlaleng or VisionQwest.
