Will Pac's Legacy Always Have a Black Cloud?

I'm wondering if Pac's refusal to take the test will ruin what he's accomplished at 135, 140, 145 (catchweight title fight), and 150?

Some people think no matter what Pac does in the future, the question will always be asked, "why did you refuse the test".

No It won't ruin anything. At most it will be a footnote 20 years from now.

I think it depends on if Pac stays with Arum for the rest of his career.

I think Arum can make or break Pac's legacy through the media if Pac decides to leave. Some writers already have their minds made up about Pac regardless...

His catchweight fights and senior tour @ the lower weights have done enough, nevermind his refusal to take the test. Only the huggers respect that mans "8 titles".

If Pacquiao takes the tests and beats Floyd - then he is home and dry.
If he loses to Floyd but is clean throughout all the testing, then he is shafted as people will always say he was on drugs up until then.

If he doesnt fight Floyd due to drug testing, then that will always hang over him. Just like Lance Armstrong is the greatest cyclist ever, but as soon as you mention his name it's not long before someone mentions drugs.

Manny has to beat Floyd clean and then this is all gone in my opinion. The way he has dealt with it the cloud will always be there unless he gets that win IMO

            Keep on dreaming.

You peeps need to see the world out there instead of sitting on your azz conjuring up false images. Reality is Floyd is seen as a coward. Look at him. He's always hiding. He can't face the media without the usual question:

"When are you going to fight Pacquiao?" One lady asked uncle Roger, "Why is Floyd being a pu$$y?"

Man, why are you fans of his letting this happen? Why can't you call him out and say he's truly been a pu$$y?

              I didn't know making a simple request is being a *****?

Last time I checked, Pac made several requests (i.e Weight penalty, ring size, glove size, fighter entrances, drug test cut offs)...

Are you saying your statement applies to Pac also or just Floyd?

IMO, there's nothing wrong with making sure both fighters are clean...

No one will care or remember, its all about the performances fighters put on display in the long run that is all people wanted is to be entertained by great fighters.

Nope, because Manny is taking the test...
