Junior middleweight prospect Denis “Da Momma’s Boy” Douglin was on the fast track in boxing. He has a great story – his mother Saphya is his trainer, hence his nickname.
He has the backing of a powerful adviser in Al Haymon. And he had an undefeated record.

Carrasquillo is a tough customer, even though he has a poor record he has fought a ton of name guys. My buddy fought him in AC in 2008 and hit him with everything you could think of but Carrasquillo kept coming forward. Obviously not a guy you'd want to lose to but I can see how it happened, he can punch. Hopefully Denis continues winning, it's a great story how his mother trains him.

Future Al-Haymon hypetrain derailed before it even left the station. Pretty sad when you cant even beat a fighter specifically chosen for you, all he had to do was not get KO'd and he wouldve gotten the decision even if he didnt throw any punches.
