I've been talking about this all along: You can not judge the heavies the same way you judge lower weight divisions. If Wladimir lets anyone in his division become a Hall Of Famer, that is his knock on the resume. When you are a dominant champion you do not let anyone succeed to the point of becoming hall-worthy. Thats your job, to beat everyone and anyone of note.

Guys from lighter divisions can always move up or down and beat the dominant(HOF potential) champion there and there that logic works. In HW division there is nowhere to move, so all you do is beat everyone up.

SInce Stallone is in I should change my answer because Wlad fought Lewis in Ocean's 12 and Lewis is a 1st ballot HOF.

Maybe you need your eyes checked. They are both first ballot slam dunk HOFers.

Exactly. As I said earlier, who knows if Calvin Brock, who was highly touted, or Sultan Ibragimov could have gone on to HOF careers in a K-Bros-less universe. These guys fight a Klitschko and they are never the same again. Sam Peter was the "savior of the heavyweight division" at one point, and then he ran into a K-Bro and got derailed and was never the same. This is not a minus on the K-Bros, it's a plus. They destroy people.

--One of the only champions in any sport to be out 3+ years due to injury, and come back and reclaim the world championship and continue to dominate as before.

Michael Jordan did it, but he wasn't out as long and it wasn't due to injury.

A remarkable accomplishment on its own as most objective people realize.

--The highest KO percentage in HW history.

--Has never been officially knocked down

--Both of his losses were due to injury, and he was leading on the scorecards at the time of stoppage in both.

--One of the most dominant HWs in history
