He IS on some PFP lists, and deservedly so. Clearly a little faded, but a very good fighter in his prime. The way he clocked Daisuke Naito in Thailand (I think it was the festival they hold for the king/prince/whatever) was just brutal.
I have seen enough of his fights to say he is definitely a future hall of famer and is one of the few guys who has nearly 100 fights and has no real blemish in his record, his defeats are avenged. His win over Koki Kameda last year put the icing on the cake for the IBHOF.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't he one of those guys fighting to feed his family? I doubt he really cares so much about who he's fighting as much as putting food on the table.
what i dont get is back in 2001 he fought for the WBC Flyweight title and won TKO 1 and defended it like 18 times......losses it to Daisuke Naito then goes on to fight a guy 6-6 and later fights a guy 0-1 and 3 straight debut fighters then goes on to fight for the Interm WBC Flyweight against JC Miranda 29-3-1 ......like wtf LOL

and this year alone he fought guys with records
1-3
0-2
1-2
Da hell??
Not much of a market for little guys in the US, and the best market for him is in Thailand. Not saying I think he should stay there as much as he has, but he's persisted in the division while a number of other bigger names have come and gone.
Also remember boxrec is not always accurate with records with more obscure asian fighters. If you look at the skill this is a top fighter, the real valid criticism is not moving up in weight. But many great fighters have gone to the IBHOF being a one divisional champion who dominated a division for a decade or more, as Kostya Tszyu recently who never moved up.
