I agree that Segura's power makes up for his unrefined skills. I believe the guy started boxing at like age 22 or some time late in life... I also believe that Segura would likely beat Viloria. Segura & Viloria have both fought Carlos Tamara. Segura decisioned him, Viloria was knocked out by him. I think Segura would've knocked out Pingo. I've been watching Gio since his debut on Solo Boxeo. He's exciting to watch, has improved his skills to some degree & has too much power for Viloria.
