Angulo hasn't fought in a year & that fight only lasted 1 round, it was barely a fight..& 1 would think that Angulo & his people would pick a "Tomato Can" or a total "has been" back from the dead for his come back fight(which in his case & because of his inactivity there would be NOTHING wrong with that) But that doesn't seem to be the case cause even thou J.C. Candelo hasn't really been heard much of for a while, he hasn't been out of boxing..Candelo actually fought & defended his WBC USNBC light middleweight title this past May(they had an article on that fight here on boxing scene) & won by TKO(in 7)against a guy named Justin Flanagan who was 9-1-5KO's & before that in November of last year he fought a guy named Chase Shields who was 30-3-1-14KO's for the WBC USNBC light middleweight title & beat him by DQ in 7(because of headbutts).. So Candelo has been active & even has a belt to go with it, so on paper it doesn't seem like a bad comeback fight for Angulo after all..& Candelo last defeat was in 2008, ever since he's won 5 in a row..Last edited by Tomasio; 07-17-2011, 11:09 AM.Comment
