marquez just picked an opponent where he can make a statement heading his fight against the #1 p4p king...

Marquez has always had the reflexes and power to give Pacquiao a great fight. The problem for him is that he has to be in Manny's power shot range to inflict any damage. Pac's agility and offense are better than Juan Manuel's which is why in the knockdown category Pac leads 4-O.

If Marquez truly wants to win he will have to endure some punishment and not box an outside safe fight that he will ultimately lose a decision on. But enduring punishment and being able to fire shot's off of your own is a tricky matter where your chin may make up it's own mind.

Marquez fought a nobody. But if he expects war against Pacman, he better prepare himself, cos Pacman is known as Mexicutioneer!
I won't be surprise if Marquez will end up in Hospital, like his countrymen, Margs who showed great courage but ended up with fractured eye socket!

i liked the first two fights,but now the challenge may be way too tough for marquez. pac has improved no questions asked. he DESTROYED marg. he made mosley RUN for his life. to me it would be a miracle if marquezeven survived the figh.t

i hope JMM is smarter than to exchange with pacquiao. if he boxes intelligently he has a great chance of winning, after all he edged pac in the first fight and won clearly in teh second.

pacquiao is stronger at this weight though while marquez is just slower, his punch resistance has declined too. if he fights a smart fight he still has too much skills and smarts for pac but if he tries to **** thinking he cant get a decsion over pacquiao he will be put to sleep himself.

it would suck if pac got the accolades for being the superior fighter when he clearly isnt, he was lucky to get a draw even though the draw was fair. the second decision was complete bull****, now hes waited for JMM to decline and will make him fight way above his best weight. yet if he wins or even gets anothet gift ppl will look at him as a better fighter which aint right, pac is great but JMM has always been better.

A quick knockout loss by JMM is what he need to pray for...

..If Marquez decides to go War with Pac and ends at the Judges decision...I guarantee you that Marquez will go home to the hospital with a busted face and probably not fight again. Pac has been a nice guy everytime he enters the ring, but this time, Pac will come in the ring with BAD INTENTiONs!

The only way I see JMM beating Pac is by KO. And that is not going to happen. Reason being is that with the possibility of the Floyd fight right around the corner after the Marquez fight I just don't see the judges giving it to JMM if it gets to that.

Can JMM hang with Pac with Pac's added weight? I think he can. People keep saying that Pac has improved since then but based on what? Every opponent that Pac has faced since JMM has not been a counter puncher. Sure they were bigger and stonger than Pac but they would either try to slug it out or try to box while standing or run. None of them tried to counter punch at all.

JMM is going to give Pac a pretty good fight is what I'm trying to say. But I just don't think he's going to win. I think Pac beats him by decision again.

JMM one punch KO power? Funny how the fight was promoted by Top Rank which already has a lot of money invested in Pac fighting JMM next. Funny how all of Pacs latest opponents previously came off horrible defeats/fights. Bob made sure JMM wouldn't be the same.

What a way to "hype" the fight. Bob Arum last night convinced me 100% that he is a corrupt POS, then again that's already a documented, proven fact.

Remember Bob is about entertainment....

I like JMM and I just hope he didn't know what was going on in the business side of it.
