Is Pacquiao-Marquez III off if Ramos beats Marquez?

Or is this fight similar to Pacquiao-Morales II and Mayweather Judah in which the fight contract is already signed whether Morales/Judah respectively, won or lost their tune ups?

And this fight is already getting negative press, so how would you react if Marquez loses?

For the record I really doubt Marquez loses this fight, but losses over tune ups has happened a lot of times before so you never know. I hope Marquez wins impressively.

It should be off right now. Jmm has got zero business in a ring with pacquiao at this point. Dude had two bites at the apple, in his prime, at his prime weight, fighting a once limited and other time drained pac and he couldn't get a clean win. Seen this movie before, only difference is this time it isn't going to the cards.

But to answer ur question, of course it's off. If he can't beat this bum, pac would do serious/permanent damage, and even though pac doesn't like jmm. I doubt he wants to ruin his life.

What I don't get is, okay Ramos is a southpaw, but why isn't this at 140-144?

So even if Marquez wins, it means nothing. He'd have gotten prepared vs a C level southpaw without Manny's handspeed, power, or movement. Just a crazy tune up altogether outside of the opponent being a young southpaw.

In the Top Rank site it says in 27 minutes. But I don't know if that's the actual fight or the whole televised undercard. Hopefully it's the main event.
