    Mayweather took the test.
I agree. At least Martinez's recent fights have all been against fighters in their prime, as opposed to Pacquiao who has produced disappointing fights against either old, slow, or beat up opponents like Mosley, DLH, Cotto, and Clottey.

Of course..... But wait.... didn't Floyd ducked Cotto and Margarito ?

DLH asked for the fight...and Manny was the underdog.

        Clottey....a top 10 welter !! So ?

I'm not comparing Pacquiao and Mayweather. I could care less about Mayweather. I like Pacquiao. I just wish he'd go back to fighting dangerous opponents. I mean, what reason is there to turn down a fight against Martinez when it would clearly further Pacquiao's legacy, as well as break his recent streak of fights against highly overmatched opponents? Hey, I'm a boxing fan. I want to see great fights. Between the disappointing Klitschko-Haye, Williams-Lara, Pacquiao-Clottey, Pacquiao-Mosley, all of Devon Alexander's questionable wins, Alexander-Bradley, the stagnant heavyweight division, and Mayweather's refusal to fight Pacquiao, I could use a great fight.

We can't give pac credit for beating cotto and margarito and of course de la hoya.

Pac fought those fighters at catch weight and when they were on their worst..he fought the shells..he didn't fight the cotto who beat mosley he didn't fight the margarito who beat cotto..and de la hoya?? What weight did floyd fight him and what weight did pac fight him?? De la hoya didn't fight at 145 for the last 10 years.

Now if pac signs a fight against williams then are you gonna give him props??? It seems he likes to pick fighters who USED TO BE good.

He came back from retirement a week or two after Pacquiao signed to fight Hatton. And Pacquiao is just as CASH COW as Floyd.....so the "new rules" game will not work with Manny.

No tests asked for a two divisions lower Marquez, or a batered Gatti....

                EXCUSES....

                  And what's wrong with USADA?

He agreed to the test but when it was time to prove it..suddenly USADA is not good enough

that's big time ducking...arum doesn't want none of floyd..and they know ..pac loses..top rank will lose millions and pac can forget his congressman position.

I mean pacs defense is his head..arum and roach know that.

He ducked the test..it's a fact.

Manny said just after the Margarito fight, that he will never fight over 147 again. Martinez is too little to fight Ward or Bute.... but Pacquiao is right to fight him ?

Go look at the welter ranking and tell me, who should Pacquiao fight ?

                    3. Andre Berto (27-1)
                    4. Jan Zaveck (31-1)
                    5. Selcuk Aydin (21-0)
                    6. Vyacheslav Senchenko (31-0)
                    7. Kell Brook (24-0)

Berto.... exposed... and the others ?? Who knows those guys ??
