Half the dudes posting on this site must have mental disabilities. Please name one welter, just one, who would take a fight where they would be out weighed by 20-30 pounds on fight night. Please, list the name..... oh sorry, too hard of a question, ok try this. Does 150=154??? Still too hard, damn, let me break it down children...

All this garbage about cheato being the "same size" as martinez doesn't pass the 1st grade math test. Since when does 150=154? How in the hell did u get to the point where ur brain equates 150=154?? Are u on shrooms? Are u high? Did u fall on ur head? Has ur blind hate turned ur brain into mush?

Pac had one fight at 150, ONE. Not two, not three, ONE. Directly after the fight, and I'm talking standing in the ring type of directly after the fight. He said I'm moving back down to 147, the reporter asked if he would ever move up again, and dude basically said HELL NO.

Now, this isn't very hard to understand, one guy enters the ring around 170-175, the other guy 144-148. If ur brain figure out why this fight shouldn't / isn't coming off, go get ur head checked. Sergio needs to look up stop making himself look ****** ( and I love the guy, all action and a real warrior all around but lets keep it 100 ). Unless he can make 150, this isn't even a real discussion.

For a little midget, no skill having, media hype job u fools sure do have to hunt down a pretty big guy to beat him. I'd think anyone could beat a media hype job bum with no defense, why get a guy who out weighs dude by 30 pounds to do it? Since when did welters start giving up 25-30 pounds in a fight? Since when did 150=154? U guys are grasping at straws, and failing miserably.

You've been on this site long enough to know: Your words preach to the choir. For the rest, they fall on deaf ears.... The irony is, if you have to explain this, there's just no getting through.

A case can be made that Sergio is overrated, however any unbiased boxing enthusiast has to be impressed with Sergio.

Margarito is a natural 154-pounder, as is Martinez. Margarito fought Pacquiao for the 154-pound belt at a catchweight of 150 pounds. 150 pounds is a catchweight Margarito followed when he fought Pacquiao. That doesn't change the fact that Margarito is a natural 154-pounder. If Pacquiao was able to fight Margarito under those terms, then there is no reason why he wouldn't be able to fight Martinez. I for one would like to watch an entertaining fight in which Pacquiao is in real danger. Personally, I think Darren Barker and Roach's proposition of a Martinez-Quilin matchup are insults to Martinez's position as the #2 pound-for-pound fighter in the world. If Roach really thinks Martinez is not as dangerous as people think, then he should go through with a Pacquiao-Martinez matchup.

I'm not saying anything about Martinez's size in his weight divisions, I'm simply saying that the size difference between Pac and Martinez is too significant. There can be no middle ground because Sergio can't go any lower than 154 and Pac can't go any higher than 148.

Mayweather, on the other hand, would be feasible. He has comfortably made 154 in the past.
Floyd has never made 154 he was 150 for Delahoya and unofficial weigh in on fight night was 149
