don't know about destroy, but he beats him if they fought now
Rios still has time to improve his game though
doubt he becomes a fluid boxer, but just add a little technique
he can threaten JMM since he can hit and JMM has no chin
but he always fights back and Rios is always there to be hit back

Katsidis and Diaz were both able to hurt JMM by coming forward, Rios is meaner than either one of them and JMM is older.

I'd pick JMM to win the fight, but it wouldn't be easy. Wouldn't be at all surprised if Rios scored a KD during the fight.
