I mean, when was the last time a good/great defensive fighter fought a dynamic, strong fighter?

It's very unusual for a couple of reasons:

    1) There are very few great defensive fighters around

    2) Most of the top fighters, like Mimi, will only fight old or shot guys.

No, I mean really famous names. Like Bradley and Holt, that kind. Maidana and Khan. I guess I answered my own question now.

Yeah but Khan is an awful defensive fighter with even worse footwork. It's a good style matchup and name wise this is the best fight boxing has had since Pacquaio/Cotto.

Ok, strike defensive. Technical, lets say good technical fighter, ok?
