Kessler already had tats when he got to world class level. I'm talking about guys like Cotto, Shane, Kirkland, Kelly, etc that had very few or zero tattoos then after a fights at the elite level got major ink.

No but alotta fighters are now seemingly getting them after losses as some sort of symbolic thing Cotto,Margarito and Palik are a few.Every premiership footballer now has one also which is just annoying as they have just become commonplace.Luis Collazo whole body is cool.Gotta also give a shout out to Valero's tat of the Venezula nation flag and the dictators face on it even though i liked it it was nearly because of its randomness

Really? Cotto's tats are the worst? Lol. His tattoos are pretty damn sick if you ask me. But then again I love tattoos and have plenty myself.. Worse tattoo I've seen honestly is pacquiaos tattoos. Just my opinion. But they get tattoos for their own personal reasons and have their own meanings behind it. Just like all of mine.. Doesn't mean it's cause they've strarted to slip. That's just a ****** reason.

Tribal tattooing has become extremely popular within the last decade. However, these designs and patterns have their roots in extremely ancient tattooing practices that have influenced the art of tattooing for centuries and lie at the root of today’s tattoo techniques. Tribal tattoos come in many different forms, and tribal tattoo designs have taken on a life of their own as they have gained in popularity as more and more people try to incorporate this beautiful and flattering tattoo design method with their own personal goals and desires for their tattoo designs. For thousands of years, indigenous tribes have been tattooing each other to indicate bravery, belonging, social status and fertility. Tattooing has not only been a rite of passage, but an integral part of growing up for many members of these tribes for thousands of years.
