BoxingScene.com learned that Montreal's Arash Usmanee (14-0-0) will be stripped of his NABA Super Featherweight title for failing to defend it on time. Usmanee had planned to defend his belt on July 16 in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, but All-in Promotions, who were handling the show, canceled the event.
