    Consequences.

It’s a tricky word. They can be preached as a virtue but, in practice, can be difficult to come by. In boxing, the consequence of judges turning in scorecards most of the seeing world regards as contemptibly wrong has been…

Is there anywhere where we can see the judges' round by round scorecards?

I think since all the judges have been suspended the result of the fight at the very least should be changed to a NO CONTEST. Anyway regardless of that its definitely a step in the right direction.

A rematch should be held immediately to settle this controversy. In the first Pacquiao v Marquez fight, referee Burt Clements has admitted that he made a mistake for scoring 10-7 for the three knockdowns which robbed Pac of a win.

I mentioned this in an earlier thread stating the judges should be fined or have something put against them for such a bad decision. I'm glad it finally happened. This is something that may add incentive to boxing judges in the future to open their eyes and judge accordingly.

Yeah that was the judge's second mistake in that bout. His first mistake was giving Pacroid too many rounds in a fight in which he was clearly outboxed for 10 of the 12 rounds. Should we mention Joe Cortez's mistake in not deducting a point and/or disqualifying Pacroid for hitting JMM when he was clearly down? Yeah, didn't think so.

As for an immediate rematch, how about 4 years from now?

As a PW fan it didn't help him getting this terrible decision. No one, including PW fans, thought he won the fight, and now he is taking criticism that he doesn't deserve for the judges incompetence. He fought bravely, and unlike guys like Haye and Mosley who were also overmatched he never at one second stopped trying to come forward and win the fight. He wasn't good enough and the decision should have reflected that and everyone could have just respected the heart and guts PW showed in defeat.
