I don't think it will matter. Ward is going to box his ears off. And besides all that, he got a gift in England against Dirrell, IMO. It would be his penance.

He fought Glen Johnson there and won.

Although that Asian judge gave the Froch-Johnson 114-114, the two other judges had Froch winning.

In fact, Andre Ward has been the lucky recipient of some in-ring calls as well as judging verdicts. For example, there were lots of fouls against Kessler that weren't called and while Ward won the Bika fight, he didn't win by the wide margins the judges had it as.

The problem is in this place or that place. The problem is fighting American fighters in America.
What do think about Germany and Canada as boxing countries?

What about Nottingham England? One judge had Witter over Bradley. Another fight Froch-Pascal which was a close fight, 1 judge had it 118-110 and another judge 117-111. And how about Dirrell-Froch? Those 3 were all in Nottingham.

Yeah Bradley wiped the floor with Witter and got a SD, terrible.

I'm from NJ but I think they need to move this fight to a different location like Las Vegas or Canada. Ward-Froch is a big fight that deserves fair judging and neutrality. I know that boxing has a long history of bad judging. However, until a full investigation is held concerning all stakeholders in the Williams-Lara fight, NJ shouldn't host a fight for a while, especially when the promoter of the beneficiary of the decision is involved. Any thoughts?
Ward will win every minute of that fight so do not worry about him getting screwed.Ward hasnt lost a minute of the whole super 6 competition and yet Froch got a home cooked meal against Dirrell

If Froch beats him convingly, the fans will know. Hopefully they would be smart and ask for foreign judges to fly in for this fight (experienced ones though)

He lost rounds clearly to Abraham's jab. Now i'm with you in that Direll beat Froch but is was a close fight and I think Dirrell would beat Ward.

You think Dirrell would be Ward? Dirrell is local to me, and even I DON'T THINK HE'D BEAT WARD. HAHAHA

                  But to each his own.

I kinda don't expect Froch to win anyway, but bad decisions can happen anywhere anyway and Froch has done ok fighting overseas so far.

He lost a close decision to Kessler in Denmark so that made up for that.

This is the finals so its important ythat we have no decisions given based on previous verdicts. It needs to be done fairly or it makes the whole tourny look like a joke. Its already clear that Ward was the one who has been groomed to win it from the start by having home advantage everytime whereas everyone else had to travel and lose. My opinion is that they will do everything within their power to prevent Carl from winning this even if he deserves it.

Ward will never give up home advantage so I cant see a Bute fighting the winner either.
