I think that both fighters should give a spare mouthpiece to the ref and the ref should keep these in his pocket. If a mouthpiece falls out, the ref can put the spare in. End of problem.

If Corrales had never spit out his mouthpeice i dont think Castillo being TKO'ed would have been an issue. A DQ of Corrales sounds fair to me.
