      THE TRUTH.........

Toney's a fat racist and was on steroids,Vitali was injured plus poisoned by the water bottles giving in Toneys gym...Vitali was ahead on scorecards when the racist trainer called a hault to the sparring match

      Vitali>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Toney

Actually thats been a guarentee for a number of years. Toney hasnt been a relevant heavyweight in over 5 years.
i highly doubt that toney is bull****ting. toney was once a world class heavyweight who sparred with the best of them.

toney would get hurt NOW (no doubt about that one) but it would be very interesting to see what happens against a prime heavyweight toney vs vitali (especially when looking at how much trouble byrds style gave vitali)

no way can anyone deny it..........

I'm not even thinking about what the interview is saying. I am more concerned about the way Toney is slurring his words. I have to go back and look at some of his old interviews. I don't remember him sounding this marble mouthed. Hope he headed towards where Meldrick Taylor is now.

Well its a good thing James Toney confirmed it, now it must be true. (Busted twice for steroid abuse and suspended for it, never won a legitimate heavyweight belt without cheating.)

I don't put much stoke into what a guy says, when he calls them bums from the get-go. What did you expect the guy to say, give a detailed, coherent analysis on the sparring and what happened.

No, it's all: They're bums man, I kicked their asses blah.

haha wait...first of all, who the hell cares. Its sparring, sparring is for training and different fighters are trying to get different things out of sparring. Sometimes in sparring a fighter might be working on one specific thing and focusing on doing that. Sometimes fighters are sparring for the first time in their camp against a guy who is coming right out of just boxing. Even if true...it means about as much as if James Toney was able to outrun Vitali on a beach when Vitali didnt know they were racing.

Vitali with one freaking arm was up 7 rounds to 2 against Chris Byrd. Oh wow he was having problems....

2nd off...sparring, with head gear, big gloves and not trying to kill your opponent would make any lighterweight look good against any heavyweight. Didnt Steve Cunningham say he was surprised how well he did against Wlad and Haye was "sparking out Helenius." Guess what...when the lighter guy doesnt have to fear the 1 punch KO they can look real damn good. Then they get in the ring with the bigger, stronger, meaner guy who is no longer practicing, but rather trying to take their head off, and its a whole different story.

Also, what freaking year was this? Several years back? So clearly it was before Vitali's 4 year lay off, but when and why would 2 guys randomly just decide to spar a few rounds? Doesnt really make much sense. Vitali also trains what...4000 miles away from where James Toney trains when hes in camp?

Also hearing guys come out of Klitschko training camps saying they knocked down Vitali or were beating Wlad is pretty common. Nothing new, join the club. 1. No one can prove it 2. Its these clowns super bowl and the Klitschko's or total professionals and train when they need to train. Look at Vitali at pretty much 40 and look at James Toney now and you see the difference. Vitali takes training seriously, gets what he needs to get out of it...James Toney on the other hand is a punch drunk fat ******.

So again, I could go to a pool where Michael Phelps is at and while he's swimming possibly go crazy and smoke him when he doesnt know we are racing...doesnt mean I am a better swimmer or could beat him. Hell, just look at swimming or track and field, these world record holders tend to lose a lot until the meet they are training for, either world champs or the olympics...why Because the goal in the other meets is to just prepare oneself for the events that matter. I always laugh at people who bring up sparring like it means ****.

Wasnt Khan killing Pacroid in sparring, wasnt that the legend as well? Its a joke. Whenever i hear anyone bring up sparring stories im like, yep, this idiot is either punch drunk or has never boxed in his life.

Don't try and rewrite history. Byrd lost almost every round. You don't win rounds by slipping punches.

I hate when people act like Byrd did anything meaningful in that fight.
