Have to like Rico's enthusiasm but think he will be beaten badly.

Both of you f@gs didn't even know Ramos was half-Rican until we mentioned it here. It's funny how you chanates jump on someones bandwagon without knowing shyt about it. I find it funny... no one else to cheer for, but Rico?

Much props to Ramos... stepping up like a true champ. He is from Los Angeles... so, I bet he has the heart and balls of a Mexican.
But, this is trouble for Rico... either way. I'll be rooting for you, Rico!

Haha for real man if no one ever mentioned that Rico was half rican they would be talking **** about Rico. They just hate anyone whos better than them its obvious especially with PRBOXING he cant stand mexicans and cubans because they have more heart than his favorite fighters.

PRBOXING is just a Nuyo-Rican anyways who probably doesnt even know spanish he just a bandwagon *** and I bet the real ricans here dont even respect him.

Its funny though you talk about going back to your country and stop coming to the U.S. but when Mexicans come into the US they do it for hard work and to support their families but when you all get the privilege to come as you please because the U.S. owns your territory you all come and just take advantage of government assistance.

how can 1 be half "rican"

rican is NOT a race. ramos's dad is from puerto rico & named his son (rico) in honor of the island......

i would classify ramos as a puerto rican champion. (mexicans do it all of the time) look at rios.

              side note.

i give ramos a good shot at rigo. unless rigo doesn't catch ramos with anything early I think ramos can outbox rigo.

the Shimoda fight was a smoke screen......in realty Shimoda was getting tired & started to get picked apart. Shimoda was also ranked NUMBER TWO IN THE ENTIRE DIVISION.

this is what people are not quite understanding.......

should be a good fight, rigo hasn't been tested and looked horrible against cordoba. ramos can outbox or ko rigo.

I agree that Rigo hasn't been tested (has Rico?), and that the Cordoba fight was like watching paint dry. But I seriously doubt that Ramos is out-boxing Rigondeaux. As for knocking "El Chacal" out, I've already pointed out that Guillermo's only knockdown came against Cordoba, when Rigo touched the canvass with his glove. Since Rigo only lost twelve out of approximately 400 amateur fights, there's no evidence that he's a KO waiting to happen.
