As of right now, I don't think there is any reason to think Conte is doing anything illegal. Yes he has a shady past obviously but he does know a great deal about fitness and obviously athletes are still seeking him out, not too mention writers etc. constantly go to him with his opinions on certain matters. The whole point of Balco was creating a designer drug that was undetectable. That's why it's imperative to suspend any fighter with ties to Conte.

Contes fighters were never caught through testing, even though federal prosecutors proved they were doping, THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT.

Conte isn't even a doctor, the only reason you'd hire him is for his expertise on peds.
