    The World Bantamweight Champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA), Anselmo 'Chemito' Moreno, has received permission to fight while dealing with his ongoing legal situation with Roberto Grimaldo, the boxer's manager. The managerial contract is currently suspended by way of a court order. The Boxing Commission of Panama ruled that Moreno will be able to fight and sign for any fight without having to receive approval from Grimaldo.

          he can fight donaire now.......both have legal troubles and nonito must on august or he gets stripped...it's the perfect time....
