I think prime v prime its actually a pretty close fight, but I would take Tua by UD 12. Too active for Toney, who would have his moments and avoid the big shots.

I kind of see Tua as a more polished, powerful Sam Peter.

Yes you guys are right! James Toney and David Tua are fine specimen at their age and will never tire, they are known for bringing pressure and lots of punches every round. They are best HW ever! Maybe if this was 15 years ago it wouldve been a good scrap.
