Martinez deserves his spot. Pacman doesn't belong in the top 5.

It's a good question, he's on a lousy 4 fight streak, for a p4per. I think none of these 4 woulda been top 50 (maybe even 100?) ranked p4p. Only 2 of them were top 10 divisionally, and not necessarily very strong contenders. Though it was slim pickings at 160
