Another injury, another fight off the July 23 @amirkingkhan-@superjudah card. This time Tarvis Simms fractured a rib and is out vs. Quillin.

Pete was born in Chicago. His father is Cuban. The nickname "Kid Chocolate" is a nod to the Cuban legend of the thirties. I believe Quillin was living in Brooklyn for a bit, but he moved out West last year to train with Freddie Roach.

cool, i was thinking no way could he be from cuba cuz his english is too good and normally when cuban boxers come over they are based in miami, good to finally have one who speaks english, hopefully he can get a good fanbase, they should start putting him on cards in miami
