it would make for a interesting fight. they both have similar styles and both came back strong from ko defeats with more of a sit out side and pick ur oppent apart style courtesy of manny steward. i honestly think it's a toss up fight.

come on fellas it's the heavy's any punch could end the night for either man.

for those that said lewis destroyed vitali i guess you guys didnt watch the fight. it was a competitive (even though lewis looked out of shape) fight. it's not vitali's fault he was a fat ***** that night, oh and he got rock a few times in that fight.

When Lewis was prime which was around 1998-2002 he probably would've handled Wlad with no problem but that's only because Wlad was green at that point. Wlad did not hit his prime until 2008 arguably 2007 and is still clearly a prime hw. At this stage of Wlad's career even a prime Lewis would've had some trouble with that jab. We're talking about one of the best jabs in hw history here no flaming or hugging there's no argument about the guys ability. Period.

lewis let his hands go a lot more than wlad did - took a lot more risks, it is hard to imagine that if lewis kept that up that wlad wouldn't capitalize on any of them. ~31 year old lewis ALMOST got beaten by ray mercer. i think to suggest that lewis surely walks through wlad like its nothing, is pretty ridiculous. people want to discredit wlad saying he hasn't fought anyone and all this - well hes fought the best available and when is the last time the guy even legitimately and clearly lost a round? what else can the guy do to prove himself?

Maybe Wlad finds an opening for his right hand or maybe he doesn't. I am not saying Wlad beats Lewis. If they fought I would back Lewis to win. I do think Wlad has a great jab and even the skilled ATG hw Lewis would've had trouble with it.
