I was about to say the same thing. It clearly says the police reports say the brothers were drinking.

When you get our of rehab, you are not supposed to have a single alcoholic beverage period and dragging your brother through a window doesn't look good either.

NAW fellas...... excuse YOU....... the first article on this site didn't have any mention of him being DRUNK or have been drinking, and although i had a couple of drinks last night i wasn't drunk and able to read.... AND I REREAD the article to make sure.......! ( that was last night, i haven't read it again, since i went over the original article about 6 times at least)

then ChopperRead sent me an article from Youngstown that mentioned in one sentence that "there were reports that the brothers were drinking" ........

and no one knows why the brothers were fighting, drinking is assumption and speculation by you guys, what if pavliks brother was inappropriate to kelly's lady, or owed him money??? or was being a mean uncle to his niece, pavliks daughter???

the article doesn't say, again, this isnt news, ad there is nothing substantial to say or even suggest he's been drinking because he got into a fight with his brother......

me an my brother, all my friends with their brothers always fight, or have fought, and probably will fight again some day in the near future....... is everyone then an alcoholic because some of us drink???

bottom line, where is the solid evidence proving kelly was drunk? what was his blood alcohol level???? how long of a bender had he been on?

because this article is chock full of evidence suggesting he was........

so much evidence to where people are in the right to criticize pavlik over being a alcoholic........ because they all know everything about this story, more than the articles discusses........ everyone is now in position to be a judge of character with all this proof!!! real great guys.....


and like i said, mr pump, siblings fighting doesn't constitute being an alcoholic, even if drinking was involved........... nobody knows why and nobody knows what the cause was? saying it was because of booze with no evidence is pretty much chick gossip shidt......


but more importantly, it was the title of the article that really set me off because all the responses were off of that and not off of logic and reasoning from reading the article..........

i have no ill will against those who judge others with no evidence, i just prefer to keep you guys at the end of my jab!
