I know Leonard had a legendary ability to defend and absorb punishment without taking much damage. When you see some of the shots he took early in the fight you wonder how in the hell did he even make it to the last round? Dude was a beast.

Every time I've watched it I've had it 7-5 Hagler. Most close rounds came down to one thing, Hagler's shots being far more effective.
