For all the ******s who insist Conte did nothing for Donaire. Nonito himself admits Conte is the reasonnfor his recent success.

No doubt that was a bad fight to watch but for Rigondeaux to fight that kind of caliber opponent in his 7th pro fight is kinda crazy. I think he learned from that fight and realized he needs to step on the pedal more, which is why I think he attacked Casey early and knocked him out in the first round. Granted Casey is no Cordoba, but still I could definitely see more aggression in Rigondeaux.

This ain't the am's. The shots that Rigo wouldn't see and got hit with was guarded by head gear. Donaires angles and speed would ice him, no problem. Rigo wouldn't see the 8th round versus Donaire. Donaire is a better athlete, better puncher, better mover, pretty much does everything better than rigo except body work. Overrated as all hell.

Montiel won't go past 1st round with Rigondeaux. Nothing to score, you're right.

I'm a big fan of Nonito but he screwed himself in this particular case by trying to sign with Golden Boy while still under contract with Top Rank. You just can't do that. A contract is a contract. You have to wait. All he had to do was wait about 2-3 more months, something like that.

Anyways, it appears Donaire & Top Rank settled their differences and hopefully he'll be fighting real soon.

I don't get so much mad at him, but his handlers. Aren't they supposed to advise him on these type of situations.
