so what is gonna happen the other anti doping agency is gonna add something into pacs blood to make it look like he's cheating??? to me this is a clear case of fear from team pacquiao they have been using every sneaky trick to avoid the test..if you're clean then you're clean..if you had a clear conscience he would submit to any test and wouldn't give a **** ass who does the tests.
