    Since Robert Guerrero and Juan Manuel Marquez are out of the division for now, i think he surely can. He can take as good as he gets, and there isn't a technical boxer in that division right now that I can see outdoing Rios for 12 rounds.

      he's got the power too but as some have mentioned before he looked really dried out at the weig-in. I dont know how long he can or should stay at 135. I say get him in there with Maidana b4 he goes up to 147 because I don't see Maidana staying at 140 for long either. That would be a great fight.

        Depends where all these vacant titles get thrown to. I think he can because without Guerrero, JMM, and Soto there isn't a deep lightweight division as far as elite class goes. But I don't see Rios staying at 135 much longer. He'll probably fight Barrera to get that Mexican fan base and then go towards the big money fights at 140.
