I trust the Philippines Sports commission more, It treats all of its athletes fair. On the other hand, USADA is a racial black owned anti-doping testing agency which happen to be totally biased in favors of Black athletes, and would falsely rig its test results of any non-black athletes.

The USADA has no jurisdiction to do testing in the Philippines, and likewise, the PSC has no jurisdiction to do any testing in the U.S..
