Im not trying to hate on Williams since he seems like a nice enough fellow and gives exciting fights, but man. He was eating the same left hands constantly over and over. And a lot of them were flat out telegraphed! At least try to make some adjustments.
Not only that, but Lara has NO inside game. And Williams in spots was doing pretty effectively there, since Lara was doing nothing to stop him. but for whatever very strange reason Williams kept backing off and letting it get at long range. I get that his punches didnt have snap at that range, but who cares. just go with accumulation, its very clear what Laras weakness is.
I wasnt amazed by how Williams looked since I was having Quintana flashbacks prior to this fight, but damn. the fight was open for him all night...
frankly the Cintron upset was much more of a surprise to me though.
