    Pwill big problem...

Paul's biggest problem imo is that he is fighting small guys way to much..He need to fight guys his own height, guy's his own height or at least a few inches shorter..I really believe he needs to fight at 160lb to 168lb,at least it would be easy to keep guys at the end of his punches..Fighting smaller guys they will have the advantage(because of Paul's fighting style)on the inside..I think a new trainer and a higher div is just what the doctor order for Paul if he is going to keep fighting..Ya thoughts??

I used to think that he needed to polish his skill against fighters his own size & work on his defense, but now I think P-Will just doesn't have the chin for the bigger weightclasses.

I don't know he took some big shots from Lara and Martinez,I think a fighter like Pav is a great fight for Paul..He needs to fight tall and with his stamina conditioning and toughness,it would serve him well to fight taller opponents as well as fight taller..

Paul doesn't even attempt to keep guys at the end of his punches. His entire fight game is predicated on closing the distance and letting a high volume of punches go on the inside. He's not an effective outside fighter by any stretch. Last night was more than enough evidence of that.

As for him moving up to 168, I doubt he'd fare well against bigger, stronger guys. He's had success at 147 because he's so much bigger than the guys he's fighting, and that, coupled with his extremely high workrate, has allowed him to overwhelm his opponents and wear them down.

He's incapable of fighting tall and doesn't appear to have the motivation to change his style not to mention he's too far along in his career to really affectively make a overhaul given the fact he's already talking about retirement.
Most pressure fighters tend to go by 30 anyway and facing bigger stronger guys would be disastrous.

But if he had made a change in trainers earlier in his career who knows bcse that guy he has is horrendous
