Paul Williams is not shot he showed he still has heart and ability. But somebody has to teach him how not to get hit with that same punch all night long.

This guy was a few weight classes bigger than Lara and still got schooled. I said it long ago and Ill say it now, the only reason Pwill has ever won was because he kills himself to unhealthy amounts of BodyFat% so he can pick on midgets, he needs to get a new trainer, gain 20-30lb of solid muscle mass and start doing real boxing exercizes.

My jaw dropped at that point in the interview, I couldn't believe Peterson said that. There's a simple answer- TELL YOUR FIGHTER TO KEEP HIS HANDS UP!! I mean seriously, I don't care if you see the punch or not, if his guard is up it will catch the punches.

I agree. I was high on Lara despite his draw with Molina (which could have been a loss). I told my friends "Lara will be a world champ one day, if Williams loses to him it's not the end of the world". Now sure it's embarrassing to be this far in your career and lose to a guy in his 18th fight, but I really like Lara and think he could beat a lot of guys. I think this was bad match-making by Williams' people.

That said, your last sentence is important. If Williams wants to continue he must improve his defense or he'll get seriously hurt again.
