Lara clearly won that fight. Wasn't even close. If Williams doesn't give him a rematch, then Lara should fight Angulo and take care of yet another hype job.

TBH it was such a blatant bad decision that Lara doesn't necessarily need a rematch. People saw what happened and i'm sure he can carry on getting bigger fights without needing to rematch P.Will because it's very unlikely Williams will give him one. HBO were clearly on his side so i wouldn't waste my time with Williams again.

Martinez would KO Lara viciously, not a good fight for Lara. He's too small and get's hit too much to be in with a huge puncher specially at a higher weight. Lara needs to continue to campaign at 154 where I think he should be very successful.

HBO can't make williams retire but they can persuade him to rematch lara.ive been saying for a long time that williams with all his advantages should be boxing instead of brawling.with his style of fight adds up to him getting hit.don't blame. blame the judges. but williams is done.

Lara has nothing to prove in a rematch against Williams. The fans know who won, as does HBO. His people should just take the high road and say "whatever, we know we won, on to bigger & better things". If anything he should rematch Molina, who also won last night and who he does have something to prove against. I could see that sanctioned as a title eliminator too after the run Molina has been on.

Lara is so small. And he seems to have a TON of muscle on him. Do you think he could shed some muscle and drop down to 147? If he could, he might pick up some speed in the process. And there's a lot bigger fights at 147 right now.
