    LOL @ Paul in the 12th;

    He didn't even want to wait for the official to pull his trunks up, just wanted to get to Lara and fight, after shipping all those blows.

    You can't dislike Paul Williams rationally, you really can't. I don't care if he thought he won it - he fought his heart out, so he's entitled to think that immediately after the fight.

    That whole Haymon faction, though, the Watson creeps, those guys are another matter. Throw 'emm on a bonfire and burn 'emm.

      It's a shame that they robbed Lara. This will overshadow Williams performance actually giving it 100% while losing to the better man.

      If they would have given Lara the nod, sure we would have heard the same old idiots calling Williams overrated and this and that. But there would have been boxing fans talking about Williams heart and chin instead of how Lara got robbed, and we would have been more focused on Lara moving on to a Martinez fight instead of wanting to see a rematch in a fight in which he won 10 rounds to 2.

                LOL, that kind of reads like you're questioning Paul's manhood, but NVM.

                I'm not going to nitpick over the defiance of a warrior who just stepped off the battlefield after a torrid fight like that (I believe he believed he'd won at that moment), but you're entitled to.

                  So there aren't really any real men in boxing then, because nobody who is in the good side of a robbery admits defeat. At least not in post fight.

                  I mean James Toney admitted he lost the Tiberi fight many years after it happened.

                  DLH tip toed around saying he lost to Sturm in the post fight, but never really admitted it.

                  It is shameful though, that the loser that got the nod, does not admit defeat. If Williams had admitted he lost, he would have probably gain some fans.

                    I'm not going to nitpick over the defiance of a warrior who just stepped off the battlefield after a some serious service (I believe he believed he'd won at that moment), but you're entitled to.
                    I don't think he believed he won. Reminded me of when Kermit was celebrating the draw against martinez, he knew.
