I don't think Khan can give him a title shot. His last voluntary defense was against McCloskey, and now he's unifying against Judah. If he beats Judah he has 3 options:
1) Take on his mandatory, which will be the Maidana-Guerrero winner.
2) Unify all 4 titles against Bradley (I think the sanctioning bodies will allow him to unify again because it will determine an undisputed + lineal champion)
3) Move up to Welterweight and chase a fight with one of the big names at 147.
I don't think the WBA will allow him to have another voluntary before fighting his mandatory.Comment

Even without Khan there's plenty of good fights for Rios at 140:
- Matthyyse
- Judah (after he loses to Khan)
- Soto
- Peterson
- Maidana
- Guerrero
- Alvarado
- McCloskey
Alexander and Kotelnik are moving up to 147.

Khan would just eat Bam Bams soul, Dont get me wrong Rios is a good fighter but he will be utterly outclassed by Khan, He will lose every single round to Khan trying to find that one "bingo" punch which will never come.Comment

Rios is great to watch but at 140 Khan would deatroy him within 3. Bam bam better wait for Marquez and they can fight early next year.Comment

If Maidana could cut the ring off in some stages of the fight, so can Rios, while Maidana power relies more on wide or over the top looping punches, Rios had very good power for short distance punches. I'd still tip Amere Con to win though.Comment
