Manny conceded to go above and beyond testing that is required of him.

He will not however, be tested by the agency thats paid for by the guy who accused him of cheating.

So, to keep with this thread, if Manny agreed to have USADA do the testing,

would it be fair to have a Filipino ref and two Filipino judges?

i may be wrong..but i think the usada thing is just a part of the on-going mind games between pac and pbf camps.........

pac is just giving pbf a twist of the monster pbf created himself.......

just like when he upped one over pbf on the court case.....

it was like a surprise phantom punch gift wrapped with a card of legality.....
