OST wasn't in existance at the time of the Tyson-Holyfield fight.
But there was additional drug testing from a 3rd party, at the request of Tyson's camp, which Holyfield agreed to.
This is easily verifiable.
Now, how about answering the question.
Would Holyfield have revered cultural icon status that he enjoys today, if he held up the Tyson fight over drug testing, or would he be looked at in the same vein as Barry Bonds?Comment

If he was, he obviously didn't need it to beat Tyson.
He's an excellent fighter with or without the Juice, as he's proved.
Unfortunately, we can't be sure if Pacquiao's the same fighter without Alex Ariza's "special blend".Comment
