    Finally, in some
instances, Olympic athletes may be subject to drug testing conducted
by the recently created World Anti-doping Agency (WADA). WADA was created
under the au****es of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) with
the goal of coordinating drug testing on a global level during the intervals
between the Pan American and Olympic Games. However, WADA's limited
objective for the year 2000 is to conduct out-of-competition drug testing
programs.22 In addition, WADA will have the responsibility
of monitoring the conduct of both the USOC and IAAF have drug testing
programs, the likelihood that an American track & field athlete will
be subject to drug testing by WADA is minimal.

    Athletes competing
on an international level, either domestically or abroad, can also expect
to be drug tested by their respective international federation.

You guys should read what Olympic testing really is before crying that you want it. Then when someone agrees to Olympic testing you say "no wai we want that derr USDA testing"

So what do you want, USDA testing or Olympic tests?

Problems not with testing by any agency. Arum only says he wants a change because mayweather has used usada in the past and has show full support of usada. He basically giving the finger to floyd and is trying to find someone to be in control of everything.

If you want Olympic Style Testing then YOU MUST FOLLOW OLYMPIC TESTING GUIDELINES, AND GUESS WHAT? IOC Made WADA to OVERSEE IT SO COMMISIONS LIKE USDA/USOC/etc cant do anything fishy.

But *****s are like "well dat der test we wun dat derrrrr USDA derrr USA in derrr NAME so U knoz its USA all day baby derrrr"

I keep reading how a lot of these Olympic athletes have never tested positive, and how USADA should get off their backs already. But one athlete reportedly testified to the grand jury that he used steroids, and some of the stuff he used was designed to fool the drug tests. Leaking grand jury testimony is deplorable. If USADA's people did that, they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I'm also troubled by how USADA has lessened the burden of proof to sanction an athlete, from a positive test to circumstantial evidence. There's an Oklahoma Land Run quality to USADA's prosecution. But now we're told you can take drugs and still pass the drug tests. So what do we do with that knowledge? How do you catch the people who do that? I've always assumed athletes want their sports to be clean.
