That's a terrifically long way for Carl Froch to travel, imo.

I think it should be in New York or New Jersey and the two guys can essentially meet in the middle. In the interest of fairness.

If they were looking for big crowds they could have it in England. This would do 18,000 at the 02, no problem.

But realistically; it was always going to be in the states which is fair enough as it is an American broadcaster who is paying the fun. But i'd have a grumble if it wasn't on the East Coast.

Yeah, after rethinking my post I agree. I kept thinking Ward Ward Ward, and forgot about Froch. I think the Prudential Center in Newark would be great.

It shouldn't happen in LA but it should happen in AC. The people that keep *****ing about it in America need to stfu. SHO is an AMERICAN network and the finals were ALWAYS going to be in America. It was in the contracts and you can't just change it because Andre Ward made it through.

This fight will not happen in Cali. Froch's promoter will not allow it. I believe that Andre is about to get brought down to earth in this fight he has everything his own way in his career so far but he better get ready for The Cobra to take it all away from him. I fully expect Froch to win a close fight down the stretch by simply showing bigger balls than Ward down the final stretch.

              LA?

              Why not London then.

If this fight can't happen in Vegas, then it obviously needs to happen on the east coast. It's a shame MSG doesn't seem to be available. If Goossen is talking Atlantic City he's presumably thinkinking the boardwalk isn't he ? I wouldn't grumble about that as long as it was the main Hall.

Ward is a ****ing joke. He is what you call a protected fighter. He is the Amir Khan of the USA.

The Super Six final is supposed to be one of the biggest fights in boxing and all we seem to have a choice between is Ward's home city and a grave yard arena with around 500 capacity like the Froch-Johnson fight.

A fight this big should be in Las Vegas, no doubt about it.

Goossen wants it to be in California so he can have a crooked California Boxing Commission referee like Jack Reiss work the fight.

Reiss will allow Ward to deliberately headbutt, hit off the break, and hit while holding, while strictly admonishing Froch for the slightest retaliation.
