I think beating Floyd at 154 would put him at #1 p4p. Notice how pretty much everyone is saying Martinez doesn't have chance against him even at that weight.

Doesn't look like Martinez wants to move up though. He said he's willing to fight anyone at a 164 catchweight for "business" (aka:money), but other fighters need to make an effort and reach out to him too if they want the fight to happen. Nobody at super middleweight really seems interested because they have lots of other choices.
